I'm heading west, where for one month I will luxuriate in the dry air, the mountains, and folks who wave when you are out on a run. I will surround myself with relatives, quench my thirst for tight social circles, and try not to forget all the French I've learned. And likely, by the time it's all over, I will be ready to return to this compelling city within a wall, high on its crest of stone. Meanwhile, here are a few images of early summer in La Capitale Nationale, to tide us all over.
A bientôt, Québec. See you soon.
